Last updated: June 2026
Flest Group Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, and are committed to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure they do not take place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
Our commitment
As a recruitment business, we recognise that we have an important role to play in protecting vulnerable workers. We are committed to upholding the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and ensuring transparency across our operations.
Our supply chains
We supply construction trades and labour to clients across the UK. We assess the risk of modern slavery within our candidate sourcing and placement activities and take steps to mitigate it.
Due diligence
- Verifying the right to work of every candidate we register
- Conducting identity and documentation checks
- Paying workers directly and lawfully
- Being alert to the signs of exploitation and acting on concerns
Reporting concerns
Workers, clients and members of the public are encouraged to report any concerns relating to modern slavery in our business or supply chains to info@flestgroup.co.uk. All reports will be treated in confidence.
